Quick answer
Bin and Gone can review most ordinary household junk, furniture, appliances and non-hazardous cleanout materials that the crew can handle and transport safely. Share photos of bulky, heavy or unusual items before booking. Chemicals, hazardous materials and cinder blocks are not accepted; uncertain materials must be identified and approved before the job is confirmed.
Sort the item list
Bags, boxes, ordinary household clutter, sofas, tables, dressers, bed frames and other bulky furniture can be reviewed.
Appliances, especially heavy pieces, dismantled materials and mixed property debris need clear photos and handling details.
Chemicals, hazardous materials, unidentified liquids and cinder blocks are not accepted by Bin and Gone.

Help the team assess safely
A useful estimate request separates ordinary items from anything heavy, sharp, liquid, chemical or difficult to identify. Never mix hazardous substances into an ordinary junk load.

Start with the quick answer, then check the project detail that can change the right choice.
Check my itemsIn-home and curbside pickup are both available for agreed items. Share the item's location, stairs, tight doorways and any especially heavy construction before booking. The team will review whether it can be handled safely, confirm what preparation is needed and include the access requirements in the project scope.
Appliance removal is reviewed case by case. Send the appliance type, location, condition and access details, including stairs or narrow openings. Do not disconnect utilities or move a heavy appliance unless it is safe for you to do so. The team will confirm handling requirements and acceptance before booking.
Bin and Gone does not accept chemicals or household hazardous waste. Durham Region says household hazardous waste should not go in regular garbage and can be dropped off at designated facilities. Its official page lists the Clarington Household Special Waste Depot and current preparation rules, limits, locations and hours.
