Bin rental questions and answers
What does the bin rental package include?
The 1 ton minimum rental package is $563.87 CAD including 13% Ontario HST. Seven days, delivery, pickup and fuel are included. The customer loads approved items. Confirm the suitable bin, materials, private-property placement and dates before booking.
What is the charge for each additional ton?
Each additional ton is $226 CAD including HST. Ask the team to explain how your material and load will be assessed. Partial-ton billing and material-specific loading limits must be confirmed directly.
How long is the rental?
Seven days are included in the approved package. Confirm delivery and pickup arrangements with the team. If you need more time, discuss it before booking rather than assuming an extension is available or has a fixed price.
Who loads the bin?
For customer-loaded bin rental, you load the approved items and the team delivers and collects the bin. Crew-loaded junk removal and cleanouts are separate services with their own estimates.
How do I choose a bin?
Share the item list, approximate amount, material types, access and preferred dates. The five illustrated profiles help compare shapes and approximate calculated volumes. Actual dimensions, usable capacity, loading limits and the available bin must be confirmed.
Can every material go in a bin?
No. Confirm the materials before loading. Chemicals, hazardous materials, cinder blocks and anything unsafe to handle or transport are not accepted. Heavy, unusual or mixed materials need a specific review; a planning guide is not an acceptance list.
Where can the bin be placed?
Discuss a suitable private-property location with the team. Access, overhead clearance, surface conditions and the available space need review. Do not assume road, sidewalk or shared-property placement is allowed.
Which communities are served?
The core communities are Orono, Newcastle, Bowmanville and Courtice. Oshawa is confirmed for customer-loaded bin rental only. Other nearby addresses require individual review.
Does Bin and Gone offer crew removal in Oshawa?
The confirmed Oshawa offer is customer-loaded bin rental. This website does not promise crew-loaded junk removal or cleanouts in Oshawa. Call or text to discuss an Oshawa rental.
Does an online inquiry book a truck?
No. The website prepares a text draft for your own app. It does not submit a request to a server, upload photos, collect payment or reserve a truck. You choose whether to send the message, and the team confirms the booking details directly.
Can I send photos?
You can attach photos in your own messaging app. Useful photos show the items, approximate amount, access and proposed bin location. There is no photo uploader on this website.
Is the rental price also the price for crew-loaded removal?
No. Customer-loaded rental and crew-loaded removal are different services. Crew removal is estimated separately according to the items, volume, materials, access and difficulty. Do not apply the rental package to a crew-loaded job.
Your question depends on the project?
Call, text the town, materials, amount, access and preferred dates. We can review the suitable service without guessing at your load.
Ready to plan your rental?
Share the project details. The suitable bin, materials, dates and total quote are confirmed before booking.
